week 14--Rick & Jill have great trash reports in zones 0 & 4

Great trash report this week...very little!!

Tuesday, 8/2: Zone 4 - only 3 plastic cups in front of Blockade Runner -- the rest looked beautiful!
Friday, 8/5: Zone 0 - very little, ~ 1/3 grocery bag, mostly wrappers
